EMC Support Center

infas ME is one of the very few authorized support centers for EMC products in the Middle East. The process for handling “incidents” i.e. issues, is known as the “Incident Management Process”. The primary goal of this process is to restore normal service operation as quickly as possible and to minimize the adverse impact on business operations, thus ensuring that the best possible levels of service quality and availability are maintained.
